This menu is related to the text-searching for your document.

Find (Ctrl + F)
        This uses the standard dalog box. This command will let you to find any word in the document.

Find Next (Ctrl + N)
        This command will let you to find the next word in the doucment according to the word you have specified in the find dialog box. If no word specified in the Find Dialog box, it will up the dialog box and ask for the word.

Replace (Ctrl + R)
        This is also used the standard dialog box, this will replace the word that you have specified.
